FEARLESS (2 of 3): "Weak NO More" Hoffmann
God did not give us a spirit of fear. Who is the author of the nature of fear—roots in doubt. Scripture teaches us how to live in God's strength rather than residing in personal weakness. This talk informs on how to live in God's power instead of living in fear's fault.
Think of a time when you’ve come face to face with your own weakness. What do you remember about that moment?
Psalm 56:10–11 (ESV): In God, whose word I praise, in the Lord, whose word I praise, 11 in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can man do to me?
2 Timothy 1:6–7 (ESV): For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands, 7 for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
"LORD, I cannot do this on my own, but I believe that you can. So, therefore, even though I cannot see the outcome, I trust you in the journey and the result. AMEN.”
Why is this simple prayer so important for me in navigating weakness?
