Sports Leagues & Camps Coordinator - Full-time, benefitted
Cool Spring Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Sports Leagues and Camps Coordinator to lead youth and adult sports leagues, camps, and special events through Cool Spring Rec Center and Compass Sports. This position oversees program planning, registration, scheduling, communication, coach and volunteer development, and the implementation of Christ-centered ministry throughout our programs. The ideal candidate will be relational, organized, servant-hearted, and experienced in coordinating sports leagues, camps, events, or similar programs. Some evening and Saturday availability is required during league seasons and camps. The annual salary range is $43,000–$48,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus benefits.

Cool Spring Rec Center is a multi-use fitness and recreation facility operated by Cool Spring Baptist Church. This 40,000 square foot facility is open to the community. The Rec Center offers many amenities to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle, both spiritually and physically.

We are an activity-based recreation center, focusing on wellness, fitness, youth sports and instructor led group classes. Open to the community Monday-Friday.
