Assistant Director Cool Spring Child Care Center (Full-Time)
This full-time position is responsible for assisting the director in overseeing all operations of the Child Care Center. Cool Spring Child Care Center offers a great working environment, competitive salary, and benefits.
Qualifications include
- A Christ follower committed to supporting the mission and values of Cool Spring Baptist Church.
- Well versed in the development of children ages 0-12 with a knowledge of state, county, and local regulations regarding operating a Child Care Center; people oriented; and an understanding of leadership and management.
- Education and Experience
- College graduate with a degree (preferably in Early Childhood education) that includes at least 12 hours of business/management courses and two years of programmatic experience with one year in a staff supervisory capacity or,
- Five years of programmatic experience with one year in a staff supervisory capacity and at least 75 hours of child development-related training
