Senior Adult Luncheon

Adults

Wednesday, May 20 | 12:00 pm | Fellowship Hall

You are cordially invited to a delightful Senior Adult Luncheon on Wednesday, May 20, at 12:00 pm. This special event promises an afternoon filled with hearty food, an engaging and informative program, and plenty of fun and games.

LUNCH MENU:  Fried Chicken, Potato Salad, Fresh Fruit, Dessert & Drink

PROGRAM:  Karleigh Gooding

Born and raised in King William, VA, Karleigh’s musical journey began at a young age. She joined a bell choir for homeschooled kids in the first grade. She quickly found a passion for music, and by age 7, began taking guitar lessons, soon adding violin to her repertoire at age 8. Throughout her childhood, Karleigh was actively involved in music at church and joined her school’s worship band, One True King, in the 6th grade.

It was during middle school that she started to fall in love with singing. Her very first vocal performance was in her school’s Variety Show in 7th grade, and from that moment, she knew music would always be a huge part of her life. She continues to sing as a lead vocalist and acoustic guitarist in One True King and also does solo live music gigs around the Richmond area each month.

She is deeply inspired by both old and new country music and especially loves performing it. She is also passionate about worship music, and thanks God daily for the incredible gifts He’s given her.

Music is not just a passion for Karleigh—it’s a calling.
