What is TRIB3?

TRIB3 is a gathering of students who long to connect to the God who made us, to each other, and to the world around us. TRIB3 is taken from Revelation 7:9-10.

"After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice; ‘Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne and to the lamb.’”

We are shown a picture of God’s ultimate goal and purpose – the collection of people from all different places and walks of life. They are diverse and unique, but they are all united through Jesus. Their focus is on what God has done and on what God is going to do next. This is the idea behind TRIB3 – a group of young adults who seek to bring people together and long to follow Jesus with their whole heart and life. In this new way of living, there is no one on the outside because, in Jesus, there is no outside.

Where do you meet?

Sundays at 10:00 AM
Wednesdays at 6:15 PM

Meet us downstairs in the Basement in the HS TRIB3 room.

Who is it for?

TRIB3 is for any student looking for a place to connect with others. Middle School focuses on 6th, 7th and 8th grade. High School is designed for those in 9-12th grades.

How can I be involved?

Stay in touch with your child’s Life group leader. Offer to drive, hosts events, buy the pizza, or help clean up. Letting small group leaders spend time with students and share life with them allows them to share more wisdom and Biblical truth. Help enable that.

Share your concerns about your student either with someone on the student ministry staff, a Life group leader, or other parents. Our ministry team believes in partnering with parents and this is just one way we try to do that.

Be willing to serve as a special event volunteer. We do all kinds of crazy (ok, well, perfectly safe, though seemingly odd) things. There are plenty of times we are looking for someone to come in for one night and help us out.

Pray for TRIB3 Ministry Leaders, your child, his/her peers and their Life group leaders.

Become a Life group leader. Be a key role model in, not just your child's life, but also someone else's.

Consider helping us with missions/special events/Wednesday night planning and implementation.

Life Groups

Life Groups are vital for what we do at TRIB3. We notice that the early church existed in communities, where they learned together, ate together, and lived together. Using this as our model, we want to help students learn what Biblical community is about, and how living in relationships with others helps us grow in our faith. We also want students to learn how to serve together and how we can impact the world around us.

Every time your student comes to TRIB3 he or she will be connected to the same life group. That’s right: come on Wednesday night and you will meet with the same students and life group leader as Sunday morning. This allows groups get to know each other, encourage, and pray for one another.
