Games & practices will be held at Cool Spring Rec Center

Boys in 4th-8th grade and girls in 4th-6th grade for the 2025-26 school year are eligible

8-game season | Jan 17 - Mar 7, 2026

3-on-3 format with 6 players per team for the 4th-6th grade division

5-on-5 format with 10 players per team for 6th-8th grade division
PRACTICES

Practice day and time will be based on your child's division and team.

4th-6th grade divisions will practice on either a Tuesday or Thursday night and play games on Saturday. Week night practices will start at 6:00 PM.

6th-8th grade division will practice on Monday night and play games on Saturday. Week night practices will start at 6:00 PM.

4th-6th Grade | 10-ft basket, half court play | 28.5-inch ball

6th-8th Grade Boys | 10-ft basket, full court play | 29.5-inch ball
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We know many would love for their child to play with specific friends or have a specific coach. As much as we’d like to honor every request, it simply isn’t possible with the number of players we have. Our goal is to create balanced teams where every child has the chance to grow, compete, and enjoy the game.
The ONLY EXCEPTION is when parents volunteer to coach. If two players are to be placed on the same team by request, both parents must actively serve as coaches throughout the season—not just enroll. This helps us keep teams balanced while also filling the vital coaching roles our league depends on.
