About

What is TRIB3?

TRIB3 is a gathering of students who long to connect to the God who made us, to each other, and to the world around us. TRIB3 is taken from Revelation 7:9-10.

"After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice; ‘Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne and to the lamb.’”

We are shown a picture of God’s ultimate goal and purpose – the collection of people from all different places and walks of life. They are diverse and unique, but they are all united through Jesus. Their focus is on what God has done and on what God is going to do next. This is the idea behind TRIB3 – a group of young adults who seek to bring people together and long to follow Jesus with their whole heart and life. In this new way of living, there is no one on the outside because, in Jesus, there is no outside.

Where do you meet?

Wednesday Nights
6:00–7:30 PM
Cool Spring Baptist Church
Wednesday nights are the heartbeat of Trib3. Students can expect a fun, energetic environment with games, worship, biblical teaching, and opportunities to build meaningful friendships.
This gathering is designed to help students connect with one another while engaging with God's Word through practical and relevant teaching. While there is interaction throughout the evening, Wednesday nights are primarily focused on relationships, community, worship, and content-driven teaching that equips students to follow Jesus in their everyday lives.
Sunday Mornings
10:00–11:00 AM
Cool Spring Baptist Church
Sunday mornings are centered around discipleship through Life Groups. Students meet in grade- and gender-specific groups led by trusted adult leaders who guide them through Scripture, encourage meaningful discussion, and help them apply God's truth to their everyday lives.
This smaller, discussion-based environment gives students the opportunity to ask questions, build lasting relationships with their leaders and peers, and grow deeper in their walk with Christ through intentional discipleship.

Who is TRIB3 for?

Trib3 Student Ministry is for every student in 6th–12th grade, no matter where they are in their faith journey. Whether they are exploring who Jesus is for the first time, growing deeper in their relationship with Him, or simply looking for a place to belong, Trib3 is a community where students can be known, encouraged, and challenged.
Our heart is to partner with parents as we help students build authentic friendships, discover God's purpose for their lives, and become lifelong followers of Jesus.

What Do I Need To Know as a Parent?

At Trib3, we believe that parents are the primary spiritual influence in the life of their student. Our role is not to replace what happens at home, but to come alongside you, encourage you, and partner with you as you disciple your student to know and follow Jesus.
Our weekly gatherings are designed to help students grow in different ways.
Sunday Mornings | 10:00–11:00 AM
Sunday mornings are focused on discipleship through Life Groups. Students gather in grade- and gender-specific groups where they study God's Word, ask questions, build relationships, and learn how to apply their faith to everyday life.
Wednesday Nights | 6:00–7:30 PM
Wednesday nights are designed to help students connect, belong, and grow together. Students experience a fun and energetic environment filled with games, worship, biblical teaching, and opportunities to build meaningful friendships. While Wednesday nights are more relational and teaching-focused, our goal is to create a place where students feel known, challenged, and encouraged to take their next step in following Jesus.
As a parent, here are a few ways you can help your student get the most out of Trib3:
  • Stay connected with your student's Life Group leader.
  • Keep us informed about any celebrations, struggles, or prayer requests that would help us better care for your student.
  • Encourage consistent involvement on both Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights.
  • Pray regularly for your student, their friends, their leaders, and our ministry.
  • Look for opportunities to serve, whether that's providing food, helping with special events, driving students, or even becoming a Life Group leader.
Our desire is simple: to partner with parents in reaching and teaching the next generation to Love God, Love Each Other, and Love the World Around Us. We believe that when the church and the home work together, students are given the strongest foundation to develop a lifelong faith in Jesus.

Trib3 Student Ministries exists to partner with parents to reach and teach the next generation to love God, love each other, and love everyone.

Life Groups

Life Groups are vital for what we do at TRIB3. We notice that the early church existed in communities, where they learned together, ate together, and lived together. Using this as our model, we want to help students learn what Biblical community is about, and how living in relationships with others helps us grow in our faith. We also want students to learn how to serve together and how we can impact the world around us.

Every time your student comes to TRIB3 he or she will be connected to the same life group. That’s right: come on Wednesday night and you will meet with the same students and life group leader as Sunday morning. This allows groups get to know each other, encourage, and pray for one another.

Life Groups are at the heart of everything we do at TRIB3. We believe students grow best when they know they belong. Throughout the New Testament, we see the early church gathering in smaller communities to learn God's Word, encourage one another, pray together, and live out their faith. That's the model we want our students to experience.

Every student is placed in a consistent Life Group led by a caring adult leader who is passionate about investing in the next generation. Each of our Life Group leaders has completed an application, background check, interview process, and ministry training so you can feel confident that your student is being cared for by trusted adults who are committed to pointing them to Jesus.

Whether your student attends on Sunday morning or Wednesday night, they'll be with the same group of students and the same leaders. This consistency allows genuine friendships to form, meaningful conversations to happen, and trusted relationships to grow over time.

Our prayer is that every student would know they are seen, known, loved, and challenged to become more like Jesus through authentic biblical community.
