Safe Togather Part 2

by Wayne Smith on November 13, 2020

We have much to be thankful for this year despite all the uncertainty that is around us. Many of you still are struggling with work, school and family life. We are not meant to confront the challenges alone. Let me share this passage with you as an encouragement:

Hebrews 10: 23-25 “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who Promised is faithful; and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more, as you see the day draw near.”

As you prepare for “Thanksgiving” prepare your heart with the words of this verse. Hold firm to the Confession of your HOPE in the One who has promised to be FAITHFUL and will be with you until the end of time. And as gratitude fills your heart reach out and LOVE one another and do GOOD DEEDS so others can experience the HOPE that you have. And find your way “To Gather” Safely and as a community of faith we can have an impact on our community and world.

Update: “Safe Togather” – no that is not a misspelling.

10:00 Traditional Service begins November 29, 2020. Individuals attending in person will need to register. We ask that you park in the front parking area (disability in Rear lot) and enter through the Front Sanctuary and Parlor doors. Disability or assistive entrance will be the vehicle ramp and Admin first floor entrance. The Sanctuary, Parlor and first Floor Admin building will be restricted to 10:00 Worship ONLY. Seating in the Sanctuary will be every other pew. We ask that all attenders wear masks and social distance.

Live Stream Services will begin on November 29, 2020. For those who feel more comfortable worshiping from home or in a smaller “Gathering” this is a great option. More details will be shared later. Services will also be available to watch throughout the week.

Yes, we have a lot to be thankful for. The Lord has blessed us with options so we can “Gather” together safely. Take time this week to encourage one another, family, friends and neighbors.
